A key date in the BDG Calendar each year is our BDG Bake Off competition!
Director’s Phil Hutchinson and Clive Hall had the very difficult job of judging the competition and with 17 sweet and savoury bakes to taste, the decision wasn’t going to be easy!
Taken very seriously in the studio and with some tough competition, this year’s judges winner with impeccable decoration and taste, was Architect Manjiri Joshi with her chocolate layered cake with sponges soaked in coffee with caramel decoration titled, ‘The Wall’.
This year, we also introduced the ‘People’s Choice’ award which was awarded to Interior Designer, Chloe Lane with her ‘An apple a day keeps the doctor away’ apple and caramel crumble slices.
