BDG has been working with a leading publishing company on a programme of workplace analysis to support the business in implementing a pilot study to understand the benefits of a new way of working.


Driven by a business requirement to put the reader at the centre and inspire customer connection and interaction, the new approach to working is both agile and responsive and allows the magazine to be in constant dialogue with their audience and deliver relevant quality content.
 

This change will support greater external and consumer engagement within the working environment encouraging a more creative, inclusive and playful atmosphere.


BDG will continue to monitor and work in collaboration with the client following installation of the pilot study within their London HQ to understand and measure the impact of change.
