Maxus is a global media planning and buying agency, combining the desciplines of communication planning and customer relationship marketing with real time data analytics.
BDG was appointed to assist with the development of an outline brief to support the assessment of office buildings for their upcoming relocation. In developing this brief we undertook a workplace audit, benchmarking, occupancy analysis, observations, stakeholder interviews and a staff questionnaire.
Through the analysis of this information we were able to ascertain the size, design aspirations, and visitor experience required for their new space.
Once a building was found BDG developed the concept for their new office and this is currently at detail design stage.
