In line with a lease break in their office and the introduction of a new business model, BDG was appointed to further understand how they worked and how a new workplace could be developed to suit their new requirements in the future.
Following on from an accommodation study, an Architectural Brief report was developed for Millward Brown, utilising information gained from our workplace study; stakeholder interviews; staff questionnaire and workplace analysis. This report was used to support the selection of a new building in the Midlands and to form the basis on which BDG developed the design for their new workplace. The new building will provide Millward Brown with a flexible working environment, that supports buisness strategy and improves work-life balance for their employees.
