Grey London relocated to Hatton Garden having been in their existing location for over twenty years. As a media agency, their brand was fundamental to the brief and their aspirations for the space. Environmental issues were also high on their agenda – in their words ‘there can be no more excuses’.
The resulting 55,000 sq ft space is ideally suited to the manner in which the agency works, with communal areas for company gatherings, smaller intimate break out areas, open plan desking as well as offices for those whose functions require it. Part of the brief required the formation of a separate entrance as the building is multi tenanted.
