BDG worked with the Royal London Group to develop a strategy for their UK office estate to establish an approach to become a cohesive workplace reflective of their brand and culture. RLG also wanted to understand advances in technology and new ways of working that would assist in their offices becoming more flexible and collaborative.
This strategic review was undertaken by:
- Workshop with project team to develop a strategic brief and understand high level aspirations
- Building visits; workplace audits and space analysis; staff interviews and workshops and accommodation strategy
- The deliverables from this exercise were an initial block and stack of the estate, workplace champion presentation and a final report on group workplace strategy.
