The campus site, housing 1400 staff, incorporated four separate buildings with limited parking  and extensive green travel planning.

The master plan co-located the shared functions into one building successfully encouraging collaboration between the different businesses.  Additionally there are smaller breakout spaces within the atria of each building to facilitate interaction between the staff locally.

Sustainability was at the heart of the design with a sophisticated Building Management System reducing lighting and heating wastage, and sun tracking blinds ensuring maximum use was made of natural heating and lighting sources.
