Maxus is a global media planning and buying agency, combining the disciplines of communication planning and customer relationship marketing with real time data analytics.
On looking to relocate, Maxus shared their aspirations and detailed requirements for their new London workspace with BDG. The overriding requirement was for a stylish, cool and creative space - without looking media agency ‘naff’.
Although one of the top 10 UK media agencies, they have retained much of their personality of their former smaller self and wanted to reflect their informal, friendly and unpretentious nature in their new workplace.
BDG’s design of their new office, in the recently refurbished AlphaBeta building, was based around choice; flexibility; change; efficiency and collaboration.
The overall strategy of the space incorporates a central social space (‘The Living Room’) which incorporates a variety of informal meeting and work settings and a feature staircase connecting their 2 floors. This area is used for ‘town hall’ type meetings for the agency as well as an area for promoting their clients and suppliers latest product launches and campaigns.
The new space allows Maxus to reflect a different, newer and fresher impression on its clients and visitors.
