The Emerson Building

Centrica, the owner of these two connected buildings, wanted to refurbish them to enable them to attract new tenants and offer an updated, modern office environment. 

BDG was appointed to provide a concept design which was implemented by Design & Build contractor. We then monitored the construction works, on behalf of our client, to ensure that the quality and design reflected that which they had agreed to.

The multi-tenant office buildings were refurbished to create a modern, industrial feel with updated branding to reflect this in both reception areas. 

The working floors required new flooring, M&E services and the upgrade of all common parts including one new lift and a new staircase. 

The building has 5 floors of between 2,200 sq ft and 6,400 sq ft each, with the opportunity for a tenant to have their own entrance should they wish.
