Work environment
We are not a formal company, we practice an agile way of working within our studio. It allows our designers and architects to control how they work, where they work and who they work with. We believe it creates a positive and productive environment.
End of the month catch up
We gather every last Thursday of the month to reflect on our progress and to celebrate the progression of our current projects. This is a great opportunity for everyone to catch up and to create stronger relationships for the future. We ask that each new employee gives a short “pecha kucha” style presentation to introduce themselves to the rest of the BDG team.
Self care
Once a month, we offer an on site corporate massage which is an effective way to enhance your health and wellness as well as reducing stress and increasing productivity. Our Studio Manager will be in touch regarding dates but, slots are given on a first come first served basis!
